Autopilot mode in Noota Talent

Learn how Autopilot mode works and how it automates parts of the hiring workflow in Noota Talent.

Updated this week

What is Autopilot mode

Autopilot mode allows Noota Talent to automatically execute parts of the hiring workflow based on the rules you define.

Instead of validating each step manually, Autopilot can:

✔ Approve candidates automatically
✔ Launch sequences
✔ Move candidates in the pipeline
✔ Run screening
✔ Apply scoring rules

Autopilot helps reduce manual work while keeping the process structured.

Autopilot does not make final hiring decisions.
It only automates predefined actions.

When to use Autopilot mode

Use Autopilot when:

  • You want to save time on repetitive tasks

  • You trust the workflow rules

  • You handle many candidates

  • You run high-volume hiring

  • You want consistent evaluation

Autopilot is optional and can be turned off at any time.

How Autopilot works

Autopilot runs actions when conditions are met.

Examples:

  • Candidate matches criteria → approve

  • Candidate approved → send sequence

  • Screening completed → update score

  • Score validated → move to next stage

Each step follows the workflow defined in the job.

Autopilot does not send messages without rules.

Enabling Autopilot

  1. Go to Jobs

  2. Open the job

  3. Go to the workflow settings

  4. Enable Autopilot mode

  5. Define rules

  6. Save

Once enabled, actions will run automatically when conditions are met.

You can still review candidates manually.

What Autopilot can automate

Depending on the configuration, Autopilot can:

✔ Candidate approval
✔ Outreach launch
✔ Screening trigger
✔ Pipeline update
✔ Score update
✔ Report generation

Autopilot follows the workflow defined during job setup.

Manual mode vs Autopilot mode

Manual mode:

  • Recruiter validates each step

  • Full control

  • Slower workflow

Autopilot mode:

  • Steps run automatically

  • Faster workflow

  • Same structure

  • Same scorecards

  • Same reports

You can switch between modes at any time.

When not to use Autopilot

Do not use Autopilot when:

  • You want manual validation

  • The role is very sensitive

  • The workflow is not defined yet

  • You are testing a new process

Autopilot works best with a structured job setup.
