Importing a job post into Noota Talent

You can import an existing job post into Noota Talent to track applicants, run screening, and manage the hiring workflow in one place.

This is useful when the role is already published on LinkedIn or another platform and you want to structure the evaluation inside Noota Talent.

Importing a job allows you to:

✔ Manage inbound candidates
✔ Run screening and scoring
✔ Compare candidates
✔ Generate reports
✔ Sync results with your ATS

How to import a job post

  1. Go to Jobs

  2. Click Create job

  3. Select Import job post

  4. Paste the job post link (for example LinkedIn)

  5. Confirm the import

  6. Review the role information

  7. Save the job

Once imported, the job will appear in your pipeline.

What happens after importing a job

After the job is created, you can:

✔ Add candidates manually
✔ Import inbound applicants
✔ Run AI screening
✔ Launch outreach campaigns
✔ Compare candidates
✔ Generate reports
✔ Sync with ATS

Noota Talent does not replace the job board.
It structures the hiring workflow after the job is created.

Using imported jobs with inbound candidates

When a job is imported, you can track candidates who applied externally.

You can then:

  • Add them to the pipeline

  • Run screening

  • Score candidates

  • Compare profiles

  • Generate reports

This allows you to keep your sourcing platform while running evaluation inside Noota Talent.

When to import a job instead of creating one manually

Use import when:

  • The job already exists on LinkedIn

  • The job is published in an ATS

  • You receive inbound applications

  • You want to evaluate candidates in Noota Talent

Create a job manually when:

  • The role is not published yet

  • You want to start sourcing from scratch

  • You want to define the scorecard first
