The Meeting Assistant Settings section allows you to configure your Meeting Assistant, offering flexibility in how meetings are recorded and managed according to your specific needs.
Default Language
You can select the language for the transcription and summary of your meeting.
👉 The language can be changed at any time.
Join Meeting Automatically
This allows you to decide whether the Meeting Assistant will join your meetings automatically.
⚠️ Setting it to "No" will require manual activation for each meeting.
Join Meeting Rules
Customize when your recording bot is allowed to join your meeting and when it's not. You can allow or prevent the bot from joining based on conditions like type of meeting (internal meeting or external meeting) or title of meeting.
Name of the Meeting Assistant
Set up the name of your recording bot here.
Image of the Meeting Assistant
Set up the image of your recording bot here (for example by adding your own brand logo).

Recording Disclaimer
Disable or reactivate here the the message automatically received by all participants of your meeting when your bot joins. You can also customize the content of the message via the text form.

Join at a specific time
Manage when your recording bot should join your meeting. The bot can join a bit before or a bit after the scheduled time of the meeting or at the exact time of the meeting which is the default.
👉 You can choose between 10 minutes before up until 10 minutes after the meeting starts.
Privacy Setting when Recording
For privacy reasons, you can record your meetings without the video and even without the audio. Without the video, you'll just receive the audio recording. Without the audio as well, you'll only get the textual transcription and AI-generated notes.
Desktop App Recording Mode

Show Full Name of Participants
By default, Noota hides the full names of participants in the transcription and notes. You can display their full names in the meeting notes and transcript by clicking on this option.
Meeting reminders
Enable meeting reminders to receive scheduled emails before a meeting. You can customize the content of the email with variables, time of delivery and trigger.
You can also allow participants to opt-out from recording in advance. Send a test email to make sure it fits your expectations.
