Noota offers a standout feature that integrates with your calendar events to automatically join meetings on platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
However, there might be occasions when you prefer to disable this automatic participation for certain meetings.
How to Disable Meeting Assistant Assistant:
Log into your Noota account.
In the lower right corner of your dashboard, locate the Calendar section.
Find the specific meeting you wish the bot not to join and toggle the button to 'Off'.
⚠️ To reactivate the automatic meeting join feature in Noota, simply toggle on the button. This will enable the Meeting Assistant to automatically join that meeting.
