Record on Google Meets

Recording with Noota Assistant lets you automate your recordings and have an assistant join your meetings for you. The transcription and analysis will go directly into the platform of the user who sent the Noota Assistant.


Connect your calendar to Noota:

  1. Select your calendar (Google or Outlook)

  2. Activate the connection

And that's it! Your meetings should now appear on your dashboard.


Check if your Assistant is ready:

To manage the automation of your assistant, go to Settings > Meeting Assistant ⤵️

📌 If you have a last-minute meeting or want to manage your assistant manually, add [email protected] directly to your meeting.


Let your Assistant join your meeting:

👉 Once you connect your calendar with Noota, NooBot will automatically join all your meetings.


If you want to disable your Noota Assistant, here is how to do it:

From all Meetings:

⚠️ Don't forget to click on UPDATE to save your changes.

Disable a specific meeting:

Disable the toggle button from ON

To OFF
