The company meeting assistant settings enable you to manage how your team is using Noota feature in your workspace. You have to be administrator of your workspace to access these settings.

1. Disable Assistant Automatic Joining in Your Company
You can stop Noota assistants from joining any of your meetings in your team by enabling this option. Additionnaly, you can disallow any bot join unless user is organizer of the meeting (internal meetings only).
⚠️ Setting it on will require manual activation for each meeting.
2. Define Company Join Meeting Rules
Detail the conditions in which meetings assistant can join a meeting in your workspace. You can define a condition based on the type of meeting (internal or external of the organization), or based on the title of the meeting.
3. Restrict to One Assistant in your Company Meetings
To avoid multiple Noota assistants to join your meetings, you can limit to one single assistant to join your team meetings. When turned on, this option will only allow one assistant from the active participants to join based on a priority order. More information here.
4. Set Priority to Administrator's Assistant
To limit the number of assistants in your team meeting, you can allow only the admistrator's bot to join meetings when other members have assistants set up.
5. Apply Bot Settings to All Members
Enforce your bot settings to all members of your workspace by enabling this option.
6. Record without video and audio
For privacy reasons, enforce the recording without video and audio of your meeting in your company.
Without video, you'll only access the audio recording of your meeting. Without audio and video, you'll only access the textual transcript of your meeting.
7. Record without video and audio in desktop
For privacy reasons, enforce the recording without video and audio of your meeting in your company on the desktop app.

8. Define Meeting Reminders for Your Team
Enable meeting reminders for all your team to receive scheduled emails before a meeting.
You can customize the content of the email with variables, time of delivery and trigger. You can also allow participants to opt-out from recording in advance with an opt-out link.
