At Noota, we recognize that the initial summary of a meeting might not always capture the key points exactly as you need. That's why we've introduced the ability to regenerate summaries from your recordings—no need to re-upload your files.
This feature is designed to make your workflow more flexible and responsive to your changing needs.
Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to make the most of this feature:
Select Your Recording: Begin by finding the recording in your Noota dashboard.
Start the Regeneration Process: Look for the Repeat icon on the AI Summary tab.
Choose a Different Summary Template: Once you click there, you'll have the option to select a new summary template. Choose one that best fits the new direction or focus you require.
Confirm and Generate: After selecting a new template, confirm your choice.
Why Regenerate Your Summary?
The ability to regenerate a summary can be incredibly useful for several reasons:
Adjusting Focus: If the original summary missed crucial points, a new template might better highlight what's important.
Adapting to Changes: Projects evolve, and a summary that suited your needs initially might need tweaking as your focus shifts.
Clarifying Complex Discussions: A fresh summary might present the information in a clearer, more understandable way, especially if the discussion was complex.
