What Is AI Report Generation?
This feature allows you to:
Upload any document (PDF, DOCX, TXT, etc.)
Or write a custom prompt
Automatically generate a structured, editable meeting report
Automatically get prompts for email drafts, scorecards, and video clips
Customize where the report is saved and how it’s used in your workflow
How to Generate an AI Report
1. Log into your Noota account
Open the app and go to AI Tools → Meeting Template.
2. Click Generate with AI
You’ll see it alongside your usual list of templates.
3. Choose your input
You have two options:
Upload a file (PDF, DOCX, etc.)
Write a custom text prompt describing what you want
4. Generate the report
Click on send button.
Noota will instantly scan your file or prompt and create a structured report based on the content.
You'll see:

Key sections already drafted
A clean, structured message ready to edit or publish
