You no longer need to manually select which report to generate for your meetings—our AI handles everything for you.
Whether it’s a business interview, recruitment interview, or team meeting, SmartFlow automatically detects the type of meeting and generates the corresponding resources such as reports, video clips, and follow-up emails.
How SmartFlow Works:
1. Navigate to AI Tools > SmartFlow AI.
Toggle on the switch for the AI Match. This feature allows Noota to detect the meeting type and generate all related resources without any manual input from you.
2. If you conduct a specific type of meeting more frequently, select it as the default. This helps the AI focus its efforts and improve the precision of the reports generated.
You can also automate your AI Match directly through your General Settings:
Configure Your SmartFlow
1. Click on the + New SmartFlow button to start building your own template.
You have two options:
Use a Template: Choose from Noota's template library, designed for different industries and meeting types like business meetings, interviews, or team discussions.
Start from Scratch: Build your SmartFlow from the ground up, giving you full control over every detail.
2. Once you are done, you will be able to find the core of your Smartflow:
At the top, you can:
Edit the title.
Select the destination folder.
Choose the report type (only keypoints or very detailed)
Specify the industry your SmartFlow applies to.
On your right side, you will find the two newest features:
AI Clip: Creates AI video clips automatically for specific meeting types.
You can customize:
The industry.
The number of clips to be generated.
A description of the key moments to be extracted from the conversation.
AI Email: Generates AI emails automatically for specific smartflow.
You can customize:
The industry.
Description of the content and the structure.
