The General Settings section allows you to manage key aspects of your account and configure settings that affect how you interact with Noota.
Personal Information
You can update their basic details, such as name, email, phone number, and other contact information, which may be used for identification or communication.
Custom Vocabulary
Add your custom vocabulary to boost transcription accuracy for names, jargon, and abbreviations.
⚠️ A maximum of 5000 characters is supported.
Default Smartflow
Select a smartflow that will be automatically applied to all new meetings or projects.
You can also use AI Match to automatically switch between Smartflow based on meeting content, optimizing productivity without manual intervention.
👉 Toggle the switch to activate/deactivate Smartflow, and select the desired template from the dropdown menu.
Email Notifications
Enable or disable email notifications to receive alerts about completed transcriptions, summaries, or other platform activities.
👉 Toggle the switch to enable/disable email notifications as preferred.
Industry Type
Select an industry, as it helps the platform optimize its speech models based on the chosen sector. This ensures better accuracy in recognizing specific terms and speech patterns relevant to the industry.
💡You can select more than one industry type.
Delete Account
This allows you to permanently delete your account and revoke access to all workspaces and data on the platform.
⚠️ Before deleting your account, disconnect your calendar to prevent Meeting Assistant from joining any future meetings.
