Account Settings

The My Account section allows you to manage key aspects of your account and configure settings that affect how you interact with Noota.


Personal Information

You can update the basic details, such as name, email, phone number and upload a photo.

Personalise your Noota experience

  1. Change Language of the Account

    If you want to display a different language in the Noota interface, you can go to the user setting in the "Interface language" section.

  2. Industry

    Select an industry, as it helps the platform optimise its speech models based on the chosen sector. This ensures better accuracy in recognising specific terms and speech patterns relevant to the industry.

  3. Custom vocabulary

    Add your custom vocabulary to boost transcription accuracy for names, jargon, and abbreviations.

⚠️ A maximum of 500 characters is supported.

4. Default meeting template

Select a template that will be automatically applied to all new meetings or projects.

You can also use Automatic to automatically switch between Templates based on meeting content, optimising productivity without manual intervention.

Security

Two-factor authentication

Activate two-factor authentication to secure your account. By turning on this option, you'll be asked to type a code sent to you by email each time you login to your account.


Delete Account

This allows you to permanently delete your account and revoke access to all workspaces and data on the platform.

⚠️ Before deleting your account, disconnect your calendar to prevent Meeting Assistant from joining any future meetings.
