Our Meeting Assistant lets you automate your recordings and frees you from note taking. The transcription and report will go directly into the platform of the user who invited the Meeting Assistant.
Connect your Calendar to Noota (Google or Microsoft):
And that's it! Your meetings should now appear on your dashboard.
Check if your Assistant is ready:
To manage the automation of your assistant, go to Settings > Meeting Assistant ⤵️
📌 If you have a last-minute meeting or want to manage your assistant manually, add [email protected] directly to your meeting.
Let your assistant join your meeting with the URL link:
Copy the meeting URL from Zoom
Past it to the dedicated section
The bot will automatically join
If you want to disable your Meeting Assistant:
Disable all meetings
⚠️ Don't forget to click on UPDATE to save your changes.
Disable a specific meeting
Disable the toggle button from ON
