How to connect Noota to SmartRecruiters ?
To begin, open Noota and navigate to the Integrations section.
Look for the SmartRecruiters integration option. It will look like this:
Click the “Activate” button to start the connection process.
Once clicked, you’ll be redirected to Sellsy to grant permissions.
Grant Permissions in SmartRecruiters
After clicking "Activate", SmartRecruiters will ask for authorization. Here’s what you’ll see:
Insert the Smartrecruiters API key that you can generate here from Smartrecruiters.
Confirm That SmartRecruiters is Connected
After successful integration, Noota’s Slack status will change from "Activate" to "Active."
This means SmartRecruiters and Noota are now linked! 🎉
Configure your SmartRecruiters integration settings
Now that your accounts are connected, it’s time to fine-tune how Noota interacts with SmartRecruiters.
Go to Noota’s SmartRecruiters settings and click on the gear icon.
You’ll see different options to customize your integration:
💡Tip: You can choose exactly what data gets sent to to match your workflow.
Click "Save" once you’ve configured your settings.
Share Manually to SmartRecruiters
Now that the integration is active, you can send meeting summaries and notes to SmartRecruiters effortlessly.
You can also share your meeting reports manually:
After a meeting, go to your Noota dashboard.
Click on the share icon and select Smartrecruiters as the application.
Enter the client’s email address to send the meeting notes.
Check the boxes to attach the summary and a meeting link.
Click "Share."
You’re all setup now! You can find the entire report in the section “notes” on SmartRecruiters:
