Upload the client meeting report to the client's record in Sellsy.
Complete the custom fields in the client's Sellsy record (budget, role, ...).
Add the meeting replay link that redirects to Noota.
How to connect Noota to Sellsy ?
To begin, open Noota and navigate to the Integrations section.
Look for the Sellsy integration option. It will look like this:
Click the “Activate” button to start the connection process.
Once clicked, you’ll be redirected to Sellsy to grant permissions.

After clicking "Activate", Sellsy will ask for authorization. Here’s what you’ll see:
What permissions does Noota need?
✔️ Access to basic information (user settings and currencies).
✔️ Full access to deals (create, read, update, delete deals, files, notes, and filters).
✔️ Read access to deal fields, stages, and statistics.
✔️ Full access to contacts (create, read, update, delete persons and organizations, including notes and files).
Click on ''Allow and Install'' to finalize the activation.
Confirm That Sellsy is Connected
After successful integration, Noota’s Slack status will change from "Activate" to "Active."
This means Sellsy and Noota are now linked! 🎉
Configure Your Sellsy Integration Settings
Now that your accounts are connected, it’s time to fine-tune how Noota interacts with Sellsy.
Go to Noota’s Sellsy settings and click on the gear icon.
💡Tip: You can choose exactly what data gets sent to to match your workflow.
Click "Save" once you’ve configured your settings.
Share Manually to Sellsy
Now that the integration is active, you can send meeting summaries and notes to Sellsy effortlessly.
You can also share your meeting reports manually:
After a meeting, go to your Noota dashboard.
Click on the share icon and select Sellsy as the application.
Enter the client’s email address to send the meeting notes.
Check the boxes to attach the summary and a meeting link.
Click "Share."

The meeting summary is now saved in Sellsy under the relevant contact.
