Tool4Staffing is an advanced recruitment software that streamlines hiring processes for businesses.
Navigate to Integrations:
Log in to your Noota account.
Click on “Integrations” in the left-hand menu.
Activate Tool4Staffing:
Find the Tool4Staffing within the list of available integrations.
Click on the Activate button.
Provide Required Information:
Enter your credentials T4S then click Save.
And there you are, your T4S account is connected with Noota. You will see the status “Active” appear.
How does it work?
Share manually Interview Summaries to T4S:
1. Click on the T4S icon.
2. Add the candidate’s email address. The report will be shared automatically.
Access Summaries:
Once shared, the interview summary will be accessible for easy review and collaboration.

Call candidates from T4S
Once the extension is installed on Chrome, you will see click-to-call button next to every phone number on your ATS - You just have to click on it to start a phone call with the candidate. Your phone call will be recorded with Noota and the report automatically available on the candidate profile.

In your Noota account, go to integrations and click on the settings icon next to T4S
