Connect Noota and Boond
1. In your Noota account, click on integrations.
2. Click on “activate” next to Boond
3. Choose how you want to connect to Boond:
Username & Password
Login with your Boond credentials and click on “Save”
If you have this error message “Boond credentials are incorrect” :
Go to your Boond account here and click on your profile and select “Configuration” as shown bellow:
Enable the option “ Allow Rest API call from BasicAuth authentication
And there you are, you are ready to connect your Boond account to Noota. You can try the connection again.

Click on “OAuth2”
You will be redirected to Boond
Login with Google, Microsoft or Wallix Trustelem
The connexion will be automatic.
You’re all setup now! All your interviews notes will be sent automatically on candidate profiles.

💡If you want to (re)send your notes manually after an interview, you just have to go to your interview on Noota, click on Boond icon and add the email of the candidates:
Please note
Only one Noota account can be connected to a Boond account.
The Noota app in Boond uses candidates emails or phone numbers to provide enrich candidate profiles on the ATS.
Every member of the workspace has to connect their own Boond account.
Use Noota in Boond
Disconnect the integration
To uninstall the Boond app:
In your Noota account, go to integrations and click on the settings icon next to Boond
2. Then, click on “desactivate”
