1. Change Details of Company
Change the name, logo and description of your company workspace in Noota.
2. Define Company Custom Vocabulary
Define custom vocabulary accessible for all your workspace. This way, all your users will be able to leverage better transcription.
3. Activate Hybrid Speaker Detection
If you have meetings with numerous speakers, you can turn on Noota hybrid speaker detection. It will better identify multiple and separate speakers and enhance the accuracy of your transcriptions.
4. Enforce One Type of Registration
To keep your data in one ecosystem, force users to register with one way registration system (Outlook or Google).
5. Define Data Retention Period
Limit the time Noota is storing your company data for security reasons. You can set a duration from 1 day to 24 month
6. Enforce Two-Factor Authentication in your team
For security purposes, force your team to connect with Two-Factor Authentication with this option.
