The company sharing settings enable you to manage how your team is sharing meeting data in your workspace. You have to be administrator of your workspace to access these settings.

1. Force Email Policy to All Team Members
Force the sharing rules of meeting reports via emails to all your workspace users. You can either enforce the sharing to you, internal team members, or everyone on the invit. You can also disable email sharing for everyone.
2. Forbid Public Link Sharing
You can prevent public link sharing of your recording and notes for all members of your workspace. You can also allow it again from the same option.
3. Allow the Creation of Custom Workspace
You can allow users of your company to create custom workspace with other members. You can either allow them to share workspace with only internal users, externally from your organizations, or disabling this feature for everyone.
4. Define Company Folder Organization
Manage in which folders meetings are stored for all workspace users. You can define the rules for specific category type like recurrent, internal or external meetings. For each them, you can assign these meetings together depending on their title or participants or both.
