Click on any recording of the Recordings page, then on the Email section of any of your recording to access the follow-up email generated fo this recording : https://app.noota.io/dashboard/meetings.
The Email section provides you with a follow-up email specificialy generated based on the content of your conversation. With this email written by Noota's AI, you can easily turn into actions any meeting and remind every participants of what has been talked about.
Customize the Follow-up Email
You can customize the generated email by clicking on the template selector at the top of the email interface.
This will open a new window where you can either a select an existing template from Noota library or create a new email template from scratch.
To create a custom template, click on Create a new Email and fill up the form with the title of the template and your own specific instructions to Noota's AI. Then click on Create and Apply. You can also edit the instructions of an existing template with the same form when the template is selected.
Share the follow-up email
You can easily copy paste the full generated email with the Copy button. You can also share a private or public link to this email via the Share button at the top right of the interface.
