Create your own set of templates for your meeting reports, scorecards, clips, emails and guidelines based on the same condition and trigger.
Give a title and logo to this set of template, and share it with your team.
1. Settings
Click on "create meeting template" then "create from Scratch" to enter the template creation window.
Define the condition (or trigger) of usage of the template by mentioning when to apply it.
Choose the folder where the template will apply.
You can choose an integration that will be triggered as well with this template.
2. Report creation
Outline your own report structure with detailed headings and prompts for each section.
In the advanced settings, you can choose to render the report as a bullet point instead of a default text format. You also explicitly ask the AI to generate HTML tables or to include timestamps.
This report will then be used for all the meetings of the trigger.
3. Scorecard Creation
Go to the "scorecard" section to define a scorecard template based on the same trigger.
You can either add a scorecard from the Noota built-in library or create a custom one with "+ New Scorecard".
You can customize the title, description and weight of each of your scorecard' sections (criteria).
The AI will evaluate your meeting interactions based on all the specified requirements of your scorecard.
4. Clip Creation
Customize your video clips (or highlights) automatically extracted from your meeting recordings.
You can either add one of Noota built-in clip template or create a custom one.
To create one manually, click on "+ New AI Clip". Here, you can customize the number of clips generated and give instructions to the AI.
You will then get video highlighted personalized to your preferences.
5. Email Template Creation
Personalize the structure of your follow-up emails after a meeting.
Either select on from the existing Noota library or create one from scratch.
To create one manually, click on "Add email prompt". Here, give instructions to the AI based on your preferences.
You can also receive these auto-generated emails as draft in your inbox (if connected) after the meeting. That way, you can proofread it before sending it.
6. Guidelines Creation
Receive custom reminder & notes to keep your meetings on track.
Add & type questions to cover during your meetings. Noota will notify you about them when you meeting has started.
