Click on any recording of the Recordings page, then on the Scorecard section of any of your recording to access the scorecard dedicated to this recording : https://app.noota.io/dashboard/meetings.
The Scorecard is a structured view of your meeting made to evaluate your conversations. It is especially made for recruiters to score their conversations with candidates and for sales representatives to rate their interactions with clients. It includes multiple sections with subsequent criteria, description of the criteria and customizable scores.
After each recording and transcription, a scorecard is automatically generated by Noota AI based on the content of your conversation. With this scorecard, you get an AI evaluation that you can also edit by clicking on each of the score generated.
Customize the Scorecard
You can customize the scorecard generated by Noota via the template selector button at the top of the scorecard interface.
Click on it to open the scorecard template editor window.
Here, you can select another scorecard template from the Noota built-in library. You can edit an existing template with the Edit button.
You can also create a new template from scratch with the new scorecard button.
This will open a new window where you can add each section (or criteria) of your custom scorecard template and in each section indicate the title, description and scoring weight. The weight will be used to compute the overall average score of your interaction.
Share the Scorecard
You can share the generated scorecard by clicking on the top right Share button. This will open a window where you can generate a private or public link that redirects to this page. This way, any member of your team can access these evaluations.
