You can now create multiple workspaces to manage projects, departments, or specific tasks more efficiently. This allows you to create and share custom workspaces with selected collaborators.
Private: Only accessible by you.
Teampace: Shared across your team.
Workspaces: Flexible environments that can be customized with folders and access control.
Creating a New Workspace
Easily set up a new workspace to manage specific projects or topics:
1. Click “Add a Workspace” on the dashboard.
2. Name your workspace—for example, "Recruitment" or "Marketing."
3. Invite team members by entering their email addresses.
4. Hit Enter, and your workspace is ready to use!
💡 You can create as many workspaces as needed and organize them according to your workflow.
Organizing and Managing Your Workspaces
Each workspace can be organized with folders based on different topics, tasks, or departments.
For instance, you can create folders like SEO, Influence, or Social Media within your Marketing workspace.
You can also:
Create folders to organize files.
Rename or delete workspaces.
Manage collaborator access using the three-dot menu.
💡As the workspace owner, you can control who has access to which workspaces, allowing you to invite or remove collaborators at any time.
Manage Members and Permissions
To view and manage access across all workspaces:
Click on your name > My Account > Members.
From here, you’ll find a complete list of your team members and the workspaces they have access to.
💡 You can also assign two company admins to help you manage the workspaces.
Admins have the ability to add or remove collaborators, change access levels, and monitor guest involvement.
Share Files with External Collaborators
With the “Shared with You” feature, sharing files externally is secure and straightforward:
Select a file: Choose a recording or meeting file that you want to share.
Share it: Enter the external collaborator’s email address, and they’ll receive a link to view the file.
💡 The external collaborator will have viewer-only access, meaning they can view the file without editing it.
