After clicking "Activate" Notion will ask you to authorize Noota’s access to your workspace.
You’ll see a list of permissions that Noota needs, including:
View and edit selected Notion pages
Create new content within those pages
View and create comments
Access workspace users and emails
💡 Tip: Notion allows you to select specific pages that Noota can access—so your private notes remain untouched.

Choose Notion Pages for Integration
Now, it’s time to choose which Notion pages you want Noota to sync with.
From the list of available pages, select the ones where Noota should store meeting notes.
You can pick a General, Shared, or Private page based on your preferences.
Once you’ve made your selection, click "Allow access" to complete the setup.
🎉 Success! Noota is now connected to Notion.

Once the integration is successful, you’ll see that Notion is now active in Noota.
This means that after every meeting, Noota will automatically send transcriptions, summaries, and notes to the Notion page you selected.
