Managing Team Members
Go to Settings: Click on the settings icon to manage your team.
Members Section: On the left-hand side, click on the "Members" section to view all team members.
Adding or Removing Members
Admin Privileges: As an admin, you can add or remove members.
Resend Invitations: You have the option to resend invitations to team members.
Add a Member:
Click on the top right corner to add a new member.
Enter the email address of your colleague.
An invitation will be sent to their email, allowing them to join your Noota team with one click.
Organizing Your Files
Navigating Spaces
Dashboard: Return to your dashboard.
Private and Team Spaces: On the left side, you'll see two spaces:
Private Space: Stores all your personal files. New meetings are saved here by default.
Team Space: Allows you to share files with your colleagues.
Creating and Managing Folders
Create New Folders: You can create new folders to organize your files.
Example: Create a folder named "Sales" and save relevant files there.
Move Files: Select and move files between private and team spaces.

2. Pre-Meeting Configuration: Configure Noota before your meeting to automatically send files to the selected folder.
Sharing Files with Collaborators
Sharing Saved Files
Access Files: Go to one of your saved files.
Share Link: Click on the "Share with everyone on my team" option. All team members with the link can view the meeting or interview with one click.
Sending Summaries
Share Icon: Click on the "Share" icon.
Enter Email: Enter your collaborator's email to send the summary in one click.
Additional Tips
Moving Files Between Spaces
Private to Team Space: Move files from your private space to the team space.
Team to Private Space: Select folders in the team space and move them to your private space.
Pre-Meeting File Selection
Calendar Integration: When your calendar is connected, select the project folder to save your meeting files directly.
In-Person Meetings
File Saving: Choose the folder where you want to save your in-person meeting recordings.
