How to connect Noota to HubSpot?

Look for HubSpot on your Noota integrations and click the "Activate" button.

  • This will open a setup page prompting you to connect your Noota Dev account to HubSpot.

Next, you’ll be redirected to HubSpot to sign in.


Sign in to Your HubSpot Account

You now need to log into HubSpot to authorize the connection.

  • If you already have a HubSpot account, enter your email and password.

  • You can also sign in using Google, Microsoft, Apple, or SSO.

💡 Tip: If you don’t have a HubSpot account yet, you can create one directly from this page.

Once logged in, you’ll be taken to the account selection screen.


Choose Your HubSpot Account

After signing in, you’ll be asked to choose which HubSpot account you want to connect with Noota.

Select the correct account from the list and click "Choose Account" to confirm.

🎉 Success! Your HubSpot account is now linked to Noota.


Configure Your HubSpot Integration Settings

Now that your accounts are connected, it’s time to fine-tune how Noota interacts with HubSpot.

Go to Noota’s HubSpot settings and click on the gear icon.

  • You’ll see different options to customize your integration:

💡 Tip: You can choose exactly what data gets sent to HubSpot to match your workflow.

Click "Save" once you’ve configured your settings.


Share Manually to HubSpot

Now that the integration is active, you can send meeting summaries and notes to HubSpot effortlessly.

You can also share your meeting reports manually:

  1. After a meeting, go to your Noota dashboard.

  2. Click "Share" and select HubSpot as the application.

  3. Enter the client’s email address to attach the meeting notes to the correct contact.

  4. Check the boxes to attach the summary and a meeting link.

  5. Click "Share."

📌 Done! The meeting summary is now saved in HubSpot under the relevant contact.
