How to connect Noota to Pipedrive?
To begin, open Noota and navigate to the Integrations section.
Look for the Pipedrive integration option. It will look like this:
Click the “Activate” button to start the connection process.
Once clicked, you’ll be redirected to Pipedrive to grant permissions.

After clicking "Activate", Pipedrive will ask for authorization. Here’s what you’ll see:
What permissions does Noota need?
✔️ Access to basic information (user settings and currencies).
✔️ Full access to deals (create, read, update, delete deals, files, notes, and filters).
✔️ Read access to deal fields, pipelines, stages, and statistics.
✔️ Full access to contacts (create, read, update, delete persons and organizations, including notes and files).
Click on ''Allow and Install'' to finalize the activation.
Confirm That Pipedrive is Connected
After successful integration, Noota’s Slack status will change from "Activate" to "Active."
This means Pipedrive and Noota are now linked! 🎉
Configure Your Pipedrive Integration Settings
Now that your accounts are connected, it’s time to fine-tune how Noota interacts with Pipedrive.
Go to Noota’s Pipedrive settings and click on the gear icon.
💡Tip: You can choose exactly what data gets sent to to match your workflow.
Click "Save" once you’ve configured your settings.
Share Manually to Pipedrive
Now that the integration is active, you can send meeting summaries and notes to Pipedrive effortlessly.
You can also share your meeting reports manually:
After a meeting, go to your Noota dashboard.
Click on the share icon and select Pipedrive as the application.
Enter the client’s email address to send the meeting notes to the correct contact.
Check the boxes to attach the summary and a meeting link.
Click "Share."
📌Done! The meeting summary is now saved in Pipedrive under the relevant contact.
