The Guidelines are not just a navigational tool but also serve as a checklist to keep the meeting aligned with its intended objectives. It allows you to set specific topics or questions to be covered during your meetings.

⚠️ This feature is only available with the Chrome Extension.

How It Works

Before the meeting begins, you input the key topics or questions into the Guidelines section of Noota.

During the meeting, Noota’s intelligent system automatically tracks these guidelines to ensure that all designated points are discussed. The discussions about these points are then captured and highlighted in the meeting minutes, providing a concise summary of the answers and decisions made.

Getting Started with Guidelines

Setting up Guidelines is straightforward:

  1. Access the Guidelines in your Noota dashboard by clicking in AI Tools.

  2. Enter the topics, questions, or points to be addressed in the Guidelines section.

  3. During the meeting, Noota will automatically detect and prioritize the discussion of these points.
