Noota offers a standout feature that integrates with your calendar events to automatically join meetings on platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. However, there might be occasions when you prefer to disable this automatic participation for certain meetings.
How to Disable Noota Bot Assistant:
Log into your Noota account.
In the lower right corner of your dashboard, locate the "Bot Schedule For Today" section.
Find the specific meeting you wish the bot not to join and toggle the button to 'Off'.
⚠️ To reactivate the automatic meeting join feature in Noota, simply toggle on the button. This will enable Noota Bot Assistant to automatically join the meeting again.
