Record with the Chrome Extension - Nootex

When it comes to capturing meetings, NootEx (Chrome Extension) and NooBot (Bot Assistant) offer distinct approaches.

NootEx requires you to initiate recording manually, while NooBot automatically captures your meetings.

However, this manual control with NootEx comes with the advantage of accessing Guidelines and Coaching, which is not available with NooBot.


Let's explore how to use NootEx for various platforms:

Google Meet 📅

Requirements:

  • Use Google Chrome Browser

  • Have Chrome Extension Installed

  • Possess a Noota account

Instructions:

1. Open your Google Meet link in Google Chrome.

2. Click on the Noota extension.

3. Select the language and guideline (if set).

4. Start the recording.

5. Optionally, adjust the title of the future recording and select the microphone source (ensure the mic is not on “disable” ).

6. The meeting will commence recording participants and transcribing everything in real-time.

7. Click “Finish recording” when your meeting concludes.


Zoom

Requirements:

  • Use Google Chrome Browser

  • Have Chrome Extension Installed

  • Possess a Noota account.

⚠️ Zoom's policy regarding recording Zoom meetings may change. Stay updated for any alterations.

1. Open your Zoom meeting link in Google Chrome.

2. Click on the Noota extension. 🚀
