Free Trial - How does it work?

Updated this week

Every new Noota user automatically gets full access to the Business Plan for 14 days - no credit card required, no activation steps, no conditions.
Here’s everything you need to know to get started smoothly.

1. Create & Activate Your Account

Once you sign up and activate your Noota account, your 14-day Business Trial begins immediately.
No payment details needed - just create your account and you’re in.

To help you get started fast, we recommend following the checklist 'First Steps with Noota', which walks you through:

  • connecting your calendar

  • recording your first meeting

  • discovering new meetings tools

  • connecting integrations

  • inviting your team

2. Explore Your Trial Features

During the trial, you have full access to all Business capabilities, including:

  • Unlimited transcription minutes

  • 80+ languages (live & post-meeting)

  • AI summaries, chapters, and action items

  • Custom templates (HR, sales, project meetings…)

  • ATS & CRM integrations

  • VoIP & phone call recording

  • Ask Noota (Q&A search across all your meetings)

  • Team workspaces & collaboration

  • Export formats, folders, dashboards, and more

No restrictions, you test everything.

3. How to Check Your Trial Status

You’ll see a small banner or badge in your dashboard showing:

  • how many days remain

  • the option to upgrade anytime

When the trial ends, your account automatically switches back to the Free Plan unless you choose to upgrade.
