How to cancel a subscription?

Step 1: Access Your Account Settings

  1. Click on Your Name: Navigate to the top-right corner of the screen, where you will see your name. Click on it to access the dropdown menu.

  2. Select 'My Account': From the dropdown menu, click on 'My Account.' This will take you to your account settings page.


Step 2: Navigate to the Billing Section

  1. Find the Billing Tab: On the 'My Account' page, you will see several tabs including General Settings, Members, and Billing. Click on the 'Billing' tab.

  2. View Billing Information: Once you click on the 'Billing' tab, you will be presented with detailed information regarding your subscription and billing details.


Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Click on 'Upgrade Now': In the Billing section, look for the 'Upgrade Now' button. Despite its name, this button will take you to the billing portal where you can manage your subscription.

  2. Redirect to Billing Portal: Clicking on 'Upgrade Now' will redirect you to the billing portal.


Step 4: Manage Your Subscription

  1. Manage Subscription: In the billing portal, you will have the option to manage your subscription. This includes the ability to cancel your subscription.

  2. Confirm Cancellation: Follow the prompts in the billing portal to confirm your cancellation. Make sure to review any final details or confirmations to ensure your subscription is canceled successfully.
