Record with NooBot lets you automate your recordings and have an assistant join your meetings for you. The transcription and analysis will go directly into the platform of the user who sent the NooBot.
Connect your Calendar to Noota (Google or Microsoft):
Go to the integrations section
Connect your Calendar
Check in your settings that the Bot is ready:
Go to Settings > Advanced settings
Change the name of the bot and set it up
Let your assistant join your meeting with the Calendar from your dashboard :
Go to your dashboard
Click on the Zoom icon next to your next meeting
The bot will automatically join
Let your assistant join your meeting with the URL link:
Copy the meeting URL from Zoom
Past it to the dedicated section
The bot will automatically join
